What I do
One person keeping sight of the whole project.
Building a home involves architects, engineers, workers, suppliers, permits, budgets, materials, and hundreds of decisions. I represent the client throughout that process and help keep those different parts connected.
My involvement can begin while you are looking for land, during design, or when plans are complete and construction is ready to start.
Early decisions
Clarifying the project, considering land, establishing priorities, and developing a practical direction before construction begins.
The right team
Bringing together architects, engineers, craftspeople, workers, and suppliers, with clear communication between everyone involved.
Following through
Coordinating construction, materials, expenses, finishes, and day-to-day questions while keeping the client informed.
